JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. operates TIREBLADDERS and is the recipient of inquiries submitted through this website. Questions about an inquiry or this notice may be sent to info@jabiltyre.com.
Information submitted
The form may collect your company name, contact name, business email, country or region, phone or WhatsApp details if provided, product unique ID, bladder code, product category, tire size, estimated quantity, technical requirements and a submission identifier. Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider, receives and stores the submission and related technical metadata needed to deliver, protect and operate the form service.
How inquiry information is used
JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. uses inquiry information to review product requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate technical communication, respond to customer questions and provide related customer service. Inquiry contents are not used to create unverified product claims or shared with unapproved analytics platforms.
Technical files
File upload is disabled for this release. Please describe drawing references and source dimensions in the text fields, and do not place unrelated personal or confidential information in the inquiry.
Service providers and spam protection
The inquiry is handled by Netlify Forms, including its form-detection and spam-filtering controls. A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce automated submissions. Inquiry contents are not sent to unapproved analytics platforms, and this release does not use a separate remote inquiry database, file-storage service or transactional email API.
Retention
Ordinary inquiry records are normally retained for 24 months from the last substantive business contact. At the end of that period, JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. will delete or anonymize the record under its internal review process. Records needed for contract performance, a legal obligation or a dispute may be retained separately for as long as the applicable requirement continues.
Access, correction and deletion requests
To request access to, correction of or deletion of inquiry information, contact info@jabiltyre.com and identify the relevant company, contact email and submission where available. JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. will review the request, verify the requester when necessary and respond in accordance with applicable requirements and any overriding legal, accounting or security obligations.
How requests and retention are managed
Access to form submissions is limited to authorized Netlify team members. JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. periodically reviews inquiry records, records the last substantive business contact where follow-up continues, and uses Netlify's submission-management tools to export or permanently delete records when required. Because Netlify Forms does not provide an in-place anonymization workflow, anonymization is completed by retaining only the approved non-identifying business record outside the form service and deleting the original submission.
Legal and market-specific review
This notice describes the approved operating policy for website inquiries. JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. should obtain appropriate legal review before public launch for any additional notices, lawful-basis wording or jurisdiction-specific rights required in the markets it serves.
