TIREBLADDERS

Technical Center

Source-based technical information for specification review.

The 2025 product catalogue provides the model-level dimensions. Authorized partner materials add historical context for structures, surface patterns, compounding and testing without turning unverified figures into current claims.

Parameter guide

How the 2025 catalogue fields are presented.

Values are shown in millimetres exactly as supplied. Compound forms such as slash-separated dimensions are retained rather than converted or interpreted. Missing values remain unfilled until technically confirmed.

Type A / B / AB / C

Bladder structure is separate from tire application.

The summaries below reproduce application context from Yongyi Rubber's 2019 presentation. They are orientation only: current product data, drawings and machine requirements govern final selection.

Type A

The 2019 partner presentation associates this structure with passenger car, light truck and bias light-truck tire applications.

Type B

The 2019 partner presentation shows the broadest application range, including passenger, truck and bus, OTR, agricultural, bias and motorcycle tire contexts.

Type AB

The 2019 partner presentation associates this structure with passenger car and light-truck tire applications.

Type C

The 2019 partner presentation associates this structure with passenger car and light-truck tire applications.

Six etching pattern examples reproduced from Yongyi Rubber's 2019 presentation. Availability and the required pattern must be reconfirmed.

Etching Patterns

Surface pattern is a technical selection input.

The partner presentation illustrates six pattern examples. TIREBLADDERS does not infer a pattern from an unlabelled product photograph or promise availability without current manufacturing confirmation.

Technical coordination

Compounding, testing and selection require current confirmation.

Rubber Compounding

The partner's 2019 presentation documents rubber mixing and compound-development work. Compound selection and any performance value must be reconfirmed for the current specification.

Bladder Quality Testing

The historical material identifies a rheometer, Mooney viscosity tester, electronic universal testing machine and thermal-conductivity testing equipment. Current test methods, limits and reporting scope require order-specific confirmation.

Product Selection Support

JABIL RUBBER coordinates the bladder code, tire size, structure type, dimensions, drawing and operating context for review with the manufacturing partner. No compatibility is assumed from a photograph alone.

Useful inquiry information

What to prepare for technical communication.

  • Existing bladder code
  • Reference tire size
  • Available technical drawing
  • Required quantity
  • Production or trial context
  • Destination and requested timing

Technical inquiry

Bring the model and technical context together.

JABIL RUBBER CO., LTD. will coordinate the information with the manufacturing partner without inventing missing parameters or compatibility claims.
